World Bank – Mission to Georgia, East Europe

The “Workforce Development and Capacity Building for Tourism and Hospitality Industry in the Imereti region” project is an initiative designed and co-funded by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia and the World Bank.

The project’s time-frame is eleven months – starting in November 2015 and ending in October 2016. The Project consists of two components:

  1. (1) infrastructure investments in urban regeneration of Tskaltubo and tourism circuit development, and
  2. (2) institutional development.


Antropotek contribution to this Project is focus on: Occupational and Training Needs Assessment, Workforce Development for tourism and hospitality industry, including guesthouse owners and small hotel and restaurant managers in Imereti region, Georgia.
